1. Services Offered

Daulitech provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

  • Website maintenance and support

  • Digital marketing and SEO

  • Graphic design and branding

  • E-commerce solutions

  • Sale of digital products (websites, applications, templates, software, plugins, and digital assets)

All services and products are provided based on agreed proposals, plans, or descriptions.

 

2. Web Hosting Services

For clients using Daulitech hosting services:

  • Hosting services are provided on a shared, VPS, or third-party infrastructure basis.

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Scheduled maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining valid backups of their content unless a backup plan is included.

Daulitech is not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Third-party providers

  • Cyberattacks

  • Client modifications

  • Force majeure events

 

3. Website Maintenance

Website maintenance services may include updates, security checks, backups, and performance optimization.

  • Maintenance does not include major redesigns unless stated.

  • Emergency fixes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

  • Daulitech is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or client-installed software.

 

4. E-Commerce & Digital Product Sales

When purchasing digital products or e-commerce solutions from Daulitech:

  • All digital products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

  • Once delivered or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Clients receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property (unless explicitly stated).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense digital products without written permission

  • Claim authorship of Daulitech-developed products

 

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments for hosting, maintenance, or subscriptions are billed monthly, annually, or per agreement.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Late payments may incur penalties or service interruption.

 

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Custom services (web design, apps, branding) are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Hosting subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but unused time is non-refundable.

  • Digital products are final sale.

Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, designs, code, applications, and content created by Daulitech remain our intellectual property unless ownership is explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients retain ownership of content they provide, provided it does not infringe third-party rights.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful content

  • Ensure materials supplied do not violate copyright or trademark laws

  • Maintain account security and credentials

Daulitech reserves the right to suspend services if illegal or harmful content is detected.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Daulitech shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data

  • Security breaches caused by third parties

  • Business interruptions or system failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service or product.

 

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools, platforms, or plugins. Daulitech is not responsible for their performance, pricing, or policies.

 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Illegal activity is suspected

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
