Refund & Returns Policy

At Daulitech Digital Marketing Agency (“Daulitech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and products. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase on https://daulitech.co.za.

 


1. Digital Services (Web Design, Marketing, Development)

Due to the nature of custom digital services:

  • Payments for custom services (web design, application development, branding, digital marketing, SEO) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • Deposits paid to secure a project slot are non-refundable.

 


2. Web Hosting Services

For hosting-related services:

  • Hosting fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually).

  • You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time.

  • Unused time is non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • Failure to renew hosting may result in data deletion after a grace period.

 


3. Website Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance plans are non-refundable once the service period has started.

  • You may cancel future billing cycles with prior notice.

  • Emergency fixes or additional work outside the plan scope may incur extra charges.

 


4. Digital Products (Websites, Applications, Software, Templates)

All digital products sold by Daulitech are final sale.

  • Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, no refunds or returns are permitted.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the product is proven to be defective and cannot be corrected.

  • Digital products may not be exchanged.

 


5. E-Commerce Solutions

For e-commerce website development and setups:

  • Payments are tied to milestones.

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment for work completed.

 


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Legal obligations under South African consumer protection laws

All exception requests must be submitted in writing.

 


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method where possible.
